Confidence from the Inside-Out
With Louise Walker, from How to Not Hate Your Clothes
Date: Thursday 17th September
Time: 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Location: House of Make, Wilmslow
Cost: £11.50 per ticket
How you feel on the inside has a huge impact on how you present yourself to the world, just as much as how the way you choose to dress can influence how you feel.
This uplifting and practical workshop explores the fascinating relationship between style confidence, colour psychology and self-perception, helping you understand how the clothes you wear and the colours you choose can become tools to support your confidence - rather than hiding behind them.
We'll explore why we often lose confidence as life becomes busier, how our identity naturally evolves through different seasons of life, and how making intentional choices about our appearance can positively influence our mindset, energy and the way others experience us.
You'll leave with practical guidance on using your personal style as a superpower, a greater understanding of the psychology behind colour, and simple, achievable ways to reconnect with the version of yourself you want to be.
