With a background in leadership coaching and people strategy, I understand the pressures of modern work and the challenge of balancing high performance with personal wellness. As a qualified Gallup Global Strengths Coach, I combine strengths-based coaching with practical, evidence-led wellbeing tools to help you build resilience and clarity, and embed sustainable habits.

My approach is warm, grounded and realistic. I create space for reflection, growth and meaningful change, because I believe true success starts from within.
